Depth Model

If all PanoCams are placed and the model is finished, the model can be exported as OBJ or STL for using in krpano as 3D-Model-depthmap.

Export one model for all panoramas​

  • Before exporting, apply all values for location, rotation and scale by clicking on Object/Apply/All Transforms.
  • Export the model as OBJ or STL File/Export/...
  • Get the KRPANO Values by selecting the pano_HANDLEs

Create seperate models for each panorama​

  1. Select one (or more) _HANDLE - and your model.
  2. Keep sure, the model is the 'active object'!
  3. Click Create Depth Model.

This wil create a bunch of models, organized in two new folders: DEPTH3D and TOUR3D.

DEPTH3D​

The DEPTH3D folder contains all finished 3D-depthmaps, ready for to use within krpano. Just export them as STL files.

TOUR3D (optional)​

The TOUR3D folder contains all finished 3D-depthmaps perfect aligned to each other. Use this arrangement to read out the KRPANO Values

Convert your STL models to the krpano-DEPTH format to reduce filesize.
